	Mohammad Haryadi Jayaputra (President Director) Indonesian citizen, appointed as President Director since 2011. He has 29 years of experience in the Insurance industry. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the Jayabaya University, Jakarta. Before joining the Sumit Oto Insurance, he began his career in Sinar Mas Insurance in 1991 as a Marketing Officer and his last position as DivisionHead of Com m rcial Line.
	Daniel Liswandi (Technical Director) Indonesian citizen, appointed as Technical Director since 2010. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Insurance industry. He holds a Masters in Management from Tarumanegara University, Jakarta. Other than academic degree, he also holds some Insurance and Risk Management professional certifications namely Indonesian General Insurance Expert (AAIK) in 2006, Qualified Insurance Practicioner (QIP) in 2007, Indonesian Certified Property Underwriter (ICPU) in 2009, The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF Senior Associate) in 2010, Indonesian Certified Motor Underwriter (ICMo.U) in 2010, Indonesian Certified Engineering Underwriter (ICEU) in 2011, and Certified in Risk Governance Professional (CRGP) in 2015. Before joining the Sumit Oto Insurance, he began his career in Sonwelis Insurance in the year 2002 as an Accounting Staff and Sinarmas Insurance in the year 2004 as a Management Development Program Trainee (MDP) with last position as Deputy Senior Manager Underwriting Non - Motor Business Unit.
	Zul Herry Harahap (Marketing Director) Indonesian citizen, appointed as Marketing Director since 2014. He has 9 years of experience in the Insurance industry. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting of the College of Economics, Jakarta. Before joining the Sumit Oto Insurance, he began his career in KAP Drs. Robert Yogi as a Senior Auditor in 1996, and the last position to join the OTO Multiartha as Regional Operational Manager in 1999 to 2011.
	Rio Ekasaputra (Compliance Director) Indonesian citizen, appointed as Compliance Director since 2019. He has 5 years of experience in the Insurance industry. He holds a Masters in Management in Finance Concentration from Gajah Mada University, Yogyakarta. Prior to joining Sumit Oto Insurance, he started his career at Bank Bumiputera (now Bank MNC) in 2002 in the field of Corporate Strategic Planning & Integrated Risk Management, then worked at Lippo Bank in 2006 as Assistant Manager in the field of Corporate & Financial Institution Risk Management, in 2009 at Bank C IMB Niaga as Manager in the field of Credit Risk Analytics & Portfolio Monitoring, in 2011 at Bank Maybank as Senior Manager in the field of Enterprise Policy Risk Governance & ICAAP, and than in 2015 worked at Sinar Mas Insurance with the last position as Head Risk Management.
